If you receive a message “Failed to Change Password”

1. Make sure both the camera and the home plug device are plugged in and powered up.

2. Using a small fine pointed object like a paper clip, push the reset button down on the PLC device that connects to your router for 5 seconds:


3. Now push the reset button on the camera for 5 seconds and wait about 10 seconds before going to step 4.

4. Now you can add the camera as instructed in the quick start guide.

If the above step do not work, please try to add the camera to the Windows application, available here:

After the camera is working on windows, try to add it again to the mobile app.
